Primary Care Provider
Your primary care practitioner can be an important resource, providing initial mental health screenings and referrals to mental health specialists. If you have an appointment with your primary care provider, consider bringing up your mental health concerns and asking for help.

Tools to Connect to Others
Unlike a hotline for those in immediate crisis, warmlines provide early intervention with emotional support that can prevent a crisis. The lines are typically free, confidential peer-support services staffed by those who have experienced mental health conditions themselves. Find a warmline in your area at warmline.org.
Bridge Club is a community-led peer support group for women and gender non-conforming folks who are sober or interested in sobriety. A virtual Bridge Club is available and free to join.

B4Stage4 provides an interactive screening tool and resources to help those affected by mental illness recognize and treat the symptoms before a serious mental illnesses get worse and disrupt people’s lives.
Online screening is one of the quickest and easiest ways to determine whether you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition. Mental health conditions, such as depression or anxiety, are real, common and treatable. And recovery is possible.
